About Me

 I'm proud to call myself a lifetime resident of Spokane Washington. I'm actually the 3rd generation of our family born right here. Now my wife Trish and I are raising the 4th generation here also, our three children Cyndy, Jacob, and Taylor. The quality of life, affordability, and the beauty of the region make it hard to think about living anywhere else. Great schools, fantastic parks, and most of the big city lifestyle and culture are some of the things we love here.

 Being a lifetime resident gives me a strong advantage when helping to find my clients that perfect home. Or when marketing a home properly to obtain the greatest traffic to the home and the highest sales price possible. I have extensive knowledge of neighborhoods, schools, parks, and even some local history. Did you know that Manito Park was originally called Montrose Park, and the duck pond was a natural lake called Mirror Lake?

 My first few years after High School I attended college, worked part time, met my wife, and we started our family. I then spent several years working in the wholesale and retail side of the Optical business. After that I returned to college, and went to work for a local supermarket where I planned on a career in Management. Then in early 2001 I decided to try something I had always wanted to try, Real Estate. After just a couple months I knew I had found my calling. There's something very rewarding in finding that perfect dream home for the first time home owner. Or getting the best price for a seller by properly marketing, helping to stage the home, and helping the seller negotiate the best terms to meet their needs.

 I use one simple (but proven) idea, treat others the way you would want to be treated. My clients are my business. Without them I have nothing to do. So I make it top priority to always be available, knowledgeable of the market, patient (required in this line of work), always working for the clients best interest, and most importantly, honest.
